At Kalveria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision grooming tools. If a product does not meet your expectations, we have designed a straightforward return process to help you find the right solution.

To initiate a return, please email service@kalveria.com with your Order Number and the name of the tool(s) you wish to return. You have a generous 180-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a seamless return process, please confirm that your items meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: For hygiene and safety reasons, tools must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Authorization Required: Returns sent to our Chicago facility without prior approval from our Customer Service Team cannot be accepted.
  • Final Sale: Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the specific return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To guarantee your refund is processed, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Processing Time: We work diligently to process all returns. Please allow up to 14 days after our team receives your package for the return request to be completed.
  • Refund Issuance: Once processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If the credit does not appear within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us so we can assist you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your precision tools immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, please contact service@kalveria.com immediately.

The Kalveria Guarantee: In cases of damage or manufacturing defects, you often won’t need to return the faulty item. We will resolve the issue right away by sending a replacement to ensure your personal care routine is never interrupted.

Order Management

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange a tool is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at kalveria.com.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Because our fulfillment team processes orders early each morning, we cannot accept cancellations after this 12-hour window.
  • Missing Orders: Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days (plus 1–3 days processing). If your order has not arrived within 15 total business days, please contact us, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
